We are thrilled to share some fantastic news from our team! Last week, Taylor Marsh, one of our dedicated education recruits, began his new role at a school in Cardiff West, overseeing the Internal Exclusion Room. This important space where students who may have breached school rules are given the opportunity to reflect and refocus in a supportive environment.

In his new role, Taylor is playing a key part in guiding pupils through their challenges, helping them stay on track, and fostering a positive approach to their school experience.  The room sees a mix of students, and Taylor is there to offer calm, structure and understanding as they work through their challenges in the fixed period in the space. Reflecting on his first week, Taylor said:

“Loving my new role in Cardiff West working in the internal exclusion room. “It has been a great experience having the extra responsibility, and the staff have been super helpful for my first week. Looking forward to carrying on in my role.”

By offering guidance and support, Taylor is creating a space where pupils feel heard and valued, giving them the tools and support they need to make better decisions moving forward. Taylor’s commitment and passion for making a difference in students’ lives are already shining through, and we are excited to see the impact he will continue to have. Well done, Taylor!
