We are thrilled to introduce Pemo, a new member of the team at PE Direct, who has recently joined us through a fantastic referral from the wonderful Lily. Pemo, a skilled Muay Thai and Kickboxing fighter, brings a wealth of experience and a unique set of skills that will benefit the schools we support.

Currently working through us at The Court School, a special school for pupils with additional learning needs, including those arising from Behavioural, Emotional, and Social Difficulties (BESD), Pemo is already making an impact. The school caters to primary-aged pupils with challenges such as ADHD, ASD, ODD, and mental health difficulties. Though he is still in the early stages of his role, Pemo is already forging strong connections with students and helping to create a positive, engaging environment for learning.

Reflecting on his experience so far, Pemo shared:

“This week, my experience working at The Court School has been highly rewarding. Having acquired valuable experience in working with children through coaching Muay Thai and Kickboxing, I am eager to enhance my teaching abilities and pursue professional development within the education sector.”

Pemo’s background in coaching combat sports provides him with a unique ability to engage with students. His approach, which combines structure, discipline, and positive guidance, is proving invaluable in supporting students with Additional Learning Needs. Eager to continue growing in his teaching role, Pemo is looking forward to expanding his skills and knowledge within the education sector, and we are excited to see him thrive.

At PE Direct, we take great pride in supplying schools with passionate and dedicated candidates like Pemo. We are hopeful that his time at The Court School will evolve into a long-term position where he can continue to inspire and make a lasting impact on students with additional learning needs.

Welcome aboard, Pemo! We cannot wait to see you grow as a Teaching Assistant and have a lasting impact in the lives of the students you work with.
