Last Friday, Rob and Gemma had the pleasure of visiting Ethan at Willows High School with a special gift to express our heartfelt thanks for his outstanding contributions. Ethan has consistently gone above and beyond in his role, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything he does at Willows High School.

As both a Behavioural and Sports Teaching Assistant, Ethan’s role is vital in supporting pupils at Willows, and his dedication to their well-being is truly remarkable. In addition to this Ethan actively supports the school’s rugby team, even outside of regular school hours, and has started Health & Wellbeing sessions for teachers and support staff. The feedback from staff has been overwhelming, with many commenting on the positive physical and mental impacts the sessions have had on them.

The appreciation for Ethan doesn’t stop there. Kim Williams, Welfare Manager at Willows High School, shared this glowing praise for him:

“Ethan is absolutely brilliant here and an asset to our team. He’s set up a fitness class for staff which has seen over 25 staff involved. He’s working with an athlete excellence group with Jack from SLT and has helped support extra-curricular activities to the best level they’ve been in ages. He brings a calm approach in the classroom with some of the most vulnerable children. He’s also just lush all around!”

Ethan’s positive influence extends far beyond the classroom. His calm, supportive approach with some of the most vulnerable students has earned him deep respect from both pupils and colleagues. His ability to connect with and uplift everyone around him truly exemplifies what it means to be an outstanding educator and role model.

Both from PE Direct and Willows High School, we want to express a huge thank you to Ethan for his exceptional contributions. Ethan – you are truly an asset to Willows High School, and we all appreciate everything you do!
