Welcome and Congratulations to Lillian.

This week, PE Direct is pleased to welcome Lillian-May Cory to our team and celebrate her immediate placement at White Rose Primary School.

Lillian, who completed a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport at Coleg Y Cymoedd, has also completed an apprenticeship as a lifeguard and swimming teacher. With experience working as a teaching assistant more recently, she was keen to secure a long-term position where she could make a significant impact and build strong relationships with pupils and the team.

Making the right match is a key part of our recruitment process and something we pride ourselves on. We are keen to ensure that we understand both the candidate’s aspirations and the needs of the school and individual pupils. During her interview, Lillian’s experience and passion were found to align perfectly with the position we were recruiting for at White Rose Primary School.
