- Prepare in advance and ensure your pupil/s are set up for success. A well-organised environment helps create a positive learning atmosphere.
Engage – Relationship, Relationship, Relationship
- Building rapport with your pupils from day one is crucial. Take the time to learn their names, interests, and learning styles.
Prioritise Self-Care:
- Working in Education can be demanding, so it’s important to take care of yourself. Balance work with hobbies, exercise, and relaxation to stay energised throughout the term.
Network:
- Don’t hesitate to connect with us and other staff. Sharing resources and ideas can enrich the experience for everyone and create a supportive community.
