We are thrilled to welcome Elai back to PE Direct! Elai, who first signed up with us in 2021 while studying Sport Coaching at Cardiff Met University, is a fantastic example of the flexibility and speed of our recruitment process. During his studies, Elai worked part-time with PE Direct, gaining valuable experience and building his career foundation.
In September 2023, Elai took on a full-time role as an Additional Learning Needs (ALN) teaching assistant at Ebbw Fawr, where he committed to the full academic year. After completing the school year, he spent his summer travelling before returning to the UK at the end of November. Within just a few days of his return, Elai was seamlessly placed into a long-term, full-time teaching assistant position supporting two boys, starting Monday.
