It’s been just two weeks since Ahmed joined Llanishen High School as an ALN Teaching Assistant, and the results have already been impressive! In this short time, Ahmed has truly hit the ground running, making a remarkable impact with both students and staff.
Ahmed’s background in community coaching and support for children with variety of needs has seamlessly translated into his role at Llanishen High School. His ability to connect with students has been immediately evident, particularly with the Year 11 boys, who have responded exceptionally well to his support and guidance. As Ellen Pawar (ALNCo) put it, “he is a hit with Year 11 boys!”
Ahmed’s passion for supporting students with additional learning needs (ALN) is clear, and he is already making a positive difference in school. He’s quickly adapted to his new role, proving a natural ability to support pupils in their learning and create a supportive, inclusive environment.
When reflecting on his second week, Ahmed shared,
“I’m really excited to join Llanishen as an ALN assistant teacher supporting students. I’m looking forward to making a positive impact and being part of this great school company.”
It’s clear Ahmed’s dedication and enthusiasm are shining through in his work. His future in this role looks incredibly bright, and we can’t wait to see how he continues to thrive and make an even greater impact.
Congratulations, Ahmed – keep up the amazing work!
